It depends on the site! While some spots (like the Bush Camp) are accessible by 2WD, many of our elevated ridge sites (like Ocean View) strictly require a 4WD or AWD, especially during the wetter winter months. Please check the specific site requirements on our HipCamp listing before booking.

We have sites tailored for both! Some locations are strictly tent-only due to tight tracks or slope, while others can accommodate camper trailers and large off-road caravans (up to 14m).

Yes! Because we are elevated right on the edge of the Darling Scarp, most sites receive good Telstra and Optus mobile reception. It’s usually strong enough to check maps or stream music, though it can vary slightly down in the lower tree-line areas.
